summary

Three cases of pregnancy after uretero-colicostomy due to bladder exstrophy have been
presented. The patients married and had children. In case 1-labour was brought in the natural
way, in cases 2 and 3-by cesarean section. The follow-up since the operation has been 46, 45 and
60 years. Also the case of patient with two stomies (urinary and feces) due to exstrophied
bladder and vaginal anus has been discussed.
