summary

This report presents the case of 38 year-old man with a priapismus after injection of papaverine. The patient was surgical managed, the first Al.- Ghorab operation was done, but it failed. Next, we performed saphenocavernous shunt, detumescence was observed. Follow-up examination was impossible, patient never appeared again.
