summary

The case of a patient with nonseminomatous germ cell tumour of the left testis with metastatic lesions in brain, lung and retroperitoneal space has been presented. The patient achieved complete remission (CR) with combined treatment consisted of intensive chemotherapy and surgery: craniotomy with metastascctomy and removal of residual masses from thorax and retroperitoneal space. There is no evidence of disease in the patient in the moment of publication, 24 months after completion of the therapy.
