Introduction. Transitional Cell Carcinoma (TCC) is the most common tumor of the ureter. Endometriosis is usually localized in pelvis. It involves ovaries in 50%. Ureter's endometriosis is a rare phenomenon. Hematuria and tumor in the ureter are specific symptoms both for TCC and endometriosis.

Objectives. Case of female patient with ureteral stump endometriosis 13 years after left nephrectomy is presented.

Materials and methods. 49-years old woman was admitted to the hospital for hematuria and tumor in ureteral stump observed in TAUS and CT examination. She underwent left neprectomy due to hydronephrosis in 1992. After admission urethrocystoscopy was performed and the bleeding site was not found. After that ureteroscopy was performed and revealed a tumor in the left ureter. Biopsy was taken. Histologically endometrium was found. After gynecologic examination hormone therapy with Depo-provera was given. Hematuria was eliminated. Patient is under urological and gynecological observation.

Conclusions. Ureter endometriosis is a rare condition and can result in hematuria and tumor in ureter, suggestive of TCC.
