summary

Tumors of the renal pelvis are most commonly malignant and nephroureterectomy is usually performed. Benign tumors of the renal pelvis are extremely rare. Few cases were reported in the world literature. Unrecognizing benign tumor would result in unnecessary nephrectomy. We present a case in which after precise, preoperative diagnosis, we have made a minimal invasive operation
