summary
- In 7 out of 50 (14.0%) patients with renal carcinoma hypercalcaemia was found. In two cases of significant hypercalcaemia very evident clinical symptoms were observed. The causes of hypercalcaemia occuring during malignant tumours and the methods of treatment are discussed.
