summary
- The author hvestigated the concentration of gentamicin in the serum of rabbits after intramuscular administration of 10 mg in the Control group A, after acidification in group B and after alkalization of the urine in group C. On the grounds of the concentrations, the author calculated pharmacokinetics parameters. The analysis of dependence of the parameters on pH of the urine showed an increase in Cl, kel, shortening of to,5 and lowering Vd accompanying the increase in pH.
