summary
- Presented here is a „nephroid\" adenoma in a 23-year old male. The lesion was found 18 months after a shot wound and successive operations of the bladder. The authors suggest that it is a neoplastic growth of urotelial epithelium which has undergone specific metaplasia caused by mechanical trauma.
