Summary
The paper presents experiments with kidney transplants in 6 boys with chronic renal failure developed as a conse±uence of posterior urethral valve. Special attention was paid to careful Preparation of these patients to transplantation and to proper postoperative care procedures preventing infections of the urinary system. The authors believe that the results of treatment with kidney transplantation in this group of patients can be very good if the conclusions from the presented paper are considered.
