summary

Serum and urine level (a,-m) as a marker of the proximalcanalicus functions in 25 nephrolithiasis cases has been estimated. In 84% cases, o^-m was found out in urine and its level strictly depended on its concentration in blood serum. Negative correlation of at-m and creatinin in 24 hours urine excretion has been shown.
