Results of treatment of adenoma prostatae with tadenan

summary

The authors present the results of treatment of 20 patients with adenoma of prostate with Tadenan. The drug was given in the daily dose of 4 capsules for 6 weeks. In 11 patients (55%) an imrovement or decline of dysuria were observed. In the majority of cases (72.7%) sub-jective improvement was confirmed by the comparative uro-flowmetric studies. In no case per rectum examination did show involution of adenoma.
