summary

The paper presents a patient with extragonadal germinal neoplasm of the testis, in III B stage of clinical advancement, with yolk sac tumor component. PVB induction chemotherapy was applied, then surgery, and complementary mul-tiagent chemotherapy (VAB-6). Despite the intensive treatment only 14 months survival was achieved
