summary

A case of renal leiomyoma of the left kidney in 39 years old female is reported in which radical left nephrectomy was carried out. It was stressed that renal leiomyoma is a challenging diagnostic and therapeutic condition since a preoperative diagnosis cannot be established Management involves renal exploration with radical nephrectomy This group of patients have a uniformly good prognosis.
