summary

Ureteral injuries associated gynecological manipulations occur in 0.5 to 1.6%. Nearness of reproductive system to urinary tract in femal make probability of injury much higher. The most common sites of injury are at the level of wide ligament and the site where the ureter courses under the uterine artery. The most common gynecological procedures induce injuries urinary tract arc: prolonged labour, forceps delivery and cacsarean section. We present case of urctcro-uterine fistula diagnosed and operated 6 month after cacsarean section.
