SIMULTANEOUS SURGICAL TREATMENT OF INVASIVE BLADDER NEOPLASMUS AND AORTIC AUEURYSM

Two patients with invasive bladder cancer and aortal aneurysm were

presented. Both were cystecomized with the inplantation of the aortal

prosthesis and ureterocutaneostomy. In our opinion such mode of treatment

is a save procedure with the low infection risk of the prosthesis.
