The authors describe simple testicular cysts in the newborn. Up till now such a

lesion was described only in infants and adults (18 cases). It is probably the first

published case of simple testicular cysts in newborn. The authors underline importance

of proper preoperative USG diagnostic which allow sparing operative procedure.
