The short case review of four patiens with vesico-intestinal fistula was presented.

The material includes patiens treated in Urology Department in Słupsk during the

period from 1986 to 1995.

In all cases the diagnosis was confirmed before operation.

We think that vesico-intestinal fistula can cause great diagnostic problem and it

involves different kinds of visualization.
