summary
- Among 16 patients who underwent extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL)
- we evaluated the contents of total proteins, (i-NAG, albumins, a-1-microglobulins and
- IgG in urine samples. We found the significant increase of all evaluated, protein compo-
- nents immediately after ESWL.
- During second 24 hours, period of the obsewation we found higher concentration of
- albumin and IgG than before ESWL. 7 Days and 3 weeks after ESWL contents of all
- evaluated proteins in urine were no differ than before ESWL. The presence of evaluated
- proteins in urine samples is probably connected with the damage of renal blood yessels
- and different nephron structures.
