summary
- Chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS) is a category of prostatitis suggested by the National Institutes of Health (NIH, USA). No consensus exists as to the therapy of this condition. Many methods were already applied by urologists but without success. In our department (at Postgraduate Medical Center) the biostimulation laser has been given to trial. We can conclude that it forms a good alternative in patients who failed to improve after other methods.
