Two months after operation symptoms peritonitis developer and the patient was ope-

rated. During operation 1 cm perforation ot the ileal bladder with urine in peritoneal

zavity was found. Brainage of the ileal bladder through the perforation hole was done

and bladder catheter was introduced as well with full succes.
