summary

The paper presents late effects of surgary for primary vesieo - ureteral reflux in 508 children
oprated on in the last 30 years. The cure rate after a primary operation was faund to be 95.7 per
cent. Late effects of therapy were analysed in relation to: sex, age, urinary infections. se\erity of
vesico - ureteral reflux, reflux nephropathy and antireflux operative methods.
