summary

Delayed hypersensitivity was studied in 46 patients with renal carcinoma using skin tests with recall antigens: tuberculin (PPD), streptokinase and stre-ptodornase (SK-SD) and phytohaemagglutinin (PHA). A Comparison of the fre-±uency of positive results in individual tests showed that the reacivity to antigens varied. being highest in the case of PHA, lower with SK-SD and lowest with PPD. The result of hypersensitivity estimation was enhanced when two tests PHA + SK?SD were combined. In patients with renal carcinoma cutaneous reactivity was decreased and the degree of reactivity decrease depended on the clinical stage of the neoplasm.
