EVALUATION OF ROSETT-FORMING ACTIVITY OF PERIPHERAL BLOOD LYMPHOCYTES IN PATIENTS WITH RENAL CARCINOMA

- Rosette-forming activity was tested in 46 patients with renal carcinoma determining the active and total markers of T cells. The effect of the operation was analysed on the formation of non-immune rosettes. It was found that determination of rosette-forming activity of lymphocytes is an important part of the investigations of immune reactivity in patients with renal carcinoma. Absence of postooperative depression of this reactivity in patients with advanced renal carcinoma reąuires further studies.
