summary

The results of partial cystectomy were ewaluated in 48 patients with bladder tumours. During the follow up from 3 to 5 years recurence developed in 75.0% of cases. Particularly poor results were observed in cases of more adwanced tumour. Limitation of indication to the operation is suggested.
