- Eighteen patients were treated for impotence caused by abnormal venous outflow, stenosis of the dorsal artery of the penis or complete absence of the artery. In the "treatment arterialization was done of the profound vein of the penis using for this purpose the inferior epigastric artery. The result was good in 75% of cases.
