summary

The author presents the results of 139 procedures of forming a renal fistula by means of transcutaneous puncture of the pyelocalyceal system of the kidney. The punctures ware controlled ultrasonographically and by means of fluoroscopy. The article discusses the procedure, diffuculties in its performing and resulting complications.
