summary

On the basis of own clinical (material the results are presented of cytological urine examination in patients with suspected neoplasms of the kidneys and upper urinary tract and bladder,. An agreement was obtained between the cytological diagnosis of urinary sediment and the results of Histological examinations in tu­mours of the kidneys and upper urinary tract in 46.0% of cases and in bladder tumours to 85.0% of cases. High, diagnostic value is stressed of the cytological exa-mimation of urine for early preclinical diagnosis of urinary tract tumours, and for follow-up after treatment of patients with urinary tract neoplasms.
