summary

The authors discuss the problem of transplantation of infantile kidneys to adult recipients. The kidneys were obtained from children dying at the age of 1?3 years and both kidneys could be transplanted to one adult. This method was used be authors in transplanting the kidneys of a two-year old donor to an adult recipient.
