summary

The authors describe a 66-year-old woman with ureteral stenoses at several levels and hydronephros. The satiology of the lesions was not recognized preope-ratively and intraperatively but histological examination revealed that stenoses were caused by primary foci of myxomatous carcinoma, a very rare neoplasm in the urinary tract.
