summary

The authors present the results of surgical treatment of ureteral orifice cysts in 12 children. In simple cysts the authors suggest excision of the cyst, restora-tion of the bladder muscularis and submucous transplantation of the ureter, whi-le in displaced cysts the recommended procedurę is excision of the cyst, ureter and upper renal segment.
