It was presented case a young female patient referred to Clinic with the diagnosis of tumours change within urinary bladder accompanied by intense haematuria. On the basis of the following examinations: USG, CT, cystoscopy the presence of solid infiltrate was observed within urinary bladder. Triple electroresection of the change was performed. The outcome of histopathological examination, however, was not clear. Bleeding was still present. Partial resection of urinary bladder was carried out. Histopathological examination disclosed: Pseudotumor inflammatorius myxoides (PIM).
Tumor of the urinary bladder accompanied by massive bleeding present in young people should suggest PIM. Effective treatment should be based on partial cystectomy.
