summary

The authors report an own method of operation of urethrovaginal fistulae. The operation was a two-step one. In the first step the posterior vaginal wall was sutured to the anterior one after previous incision aroud the fistula. In the se-cond stage the anterior wall was separated from the posterior one. Four women-were operated upon by that method upon by that method with good results.
