Isolated impalement injury to the urinary bladder is a very rare occurrence. We report a case of 23 old men with penetrating injury of
the bladder. Penetrating object (steel bar) deposit into the bladder two threads from the jeans pants. One of them was voided with
the urine, and the second one was removed endoscopicaly. Patient was then catheterised for 3 days. During following two months
there was no dysuria or any pathology in the urine. Control cystoscopy performed two months after treatment showed no pathology
in bladder wall.
