Calcium urinary stone disease is a typical symptom of primary hyperparathyroidism. This disease occurs in as many as 1-3‰ of humans, but
it often remains undiagnosed causing serious renal and bone complications. Authors present a case of woman with recurrent urinary stone
disease with many renal complications and bone destruction caused by primary hyperparathyroidism (PHP). PHP remained unrecognized for
approximately 40 years. Authors suggest calcium-phosphate metabolism evaluation should be performed in all cases of calcium urolithiasis.
