We present a case of 47-years old man with phyllodes tumor of the prostate, initially treated by open surgical excision of the tumor.

After obtaining the proper microscopic diagnosis of phyllodes tumor of the prostate, we continued our management by 4 times

punction of the cystic structures of the tumor with aspiration of its contents with consequent sclerotherapy. This mode of medication,

has not been published in the literature, up to day, in such a cases, gave the patient control of the neoplastic process and the chance

of normal professional work.
