A trial of orgotein in the treatment of peyronie's disease

summary

Ten patients with yarious degrees of sclerotic changes in the tunica albuginea and penile septum were treated with injections of orgotein. In seven patients com-piete disappearance of sclerotic changes was observed, in all patients painful sen-sation during erection disappeared, and curvature of the penis decreased in seven cases. Treatment with orgotein had no effect on impotence observed in eight pa­tients.
