58 year old patient after Wertheim\'s operation on cervix cancer has been presented.

The patient has been post- operatively treated with Co60. Uretero-vaginal fistula followed

the rays. The patient was again operated. Post-operative complications appeared in the from of

vesico-vaginal fistula of transplanted ureter. After catheterisation of transplanted ureter the

results were positive
