summary

Bacteriological tests were made of urine collected directly from kidney in patients with diagnosed nephrolithiasis. Two sampłes of urine were sent for testing. The first was taken from the urinary bladder through a cystoscope, and the second from the ureteral catheter which was introduced to the kidney with calculus immediately prior to Percutaneous lithotripsy. Compliance of urine culture results from both samples was found in 82,0% patients.
