summary

A case report of 51 y.o. man with primary malignat melanoma of the urethre is presented.
Partial penilectomy was done. After 18-th month lung and skin metastases were discover, which
were resected surgically. After 3 years disseminated metastases are obserwed. Diagnostic
dificulties either cytological or histopathological are discussed. Final diagnosis was created based
on immunological techni±ues with the use of monoclonal antibodies.
