summary

Three year follow-up of low pressure neovesica intestinalis in 25 patients after cystectomy because of infiltrative vesical carcinoma. Neovesica was made from detubularisated distal part of the ileum. Ureters were implanted by means of natirefluxive method modo Le Duca. In all of the patients micturition control during the day has been preserved. Over 50% of the patients suffer from enuresis nocturna. The stricture was observed in one ureter and the reflux was observed in four (ureters).
