summary

A course of treatment is presented of 55 years old patient with a mucinous carcinoma of the prostate, subject to treatment at the clinic. The treatment was made by cystectomy and Brickers operation, followed by a hormonal therapy. The patient died 9 months after the diagnosis, among symptoms of disseminated metastases within the abdomen. With reference made to literature, it is assumed that no adequate methods available for this kind of carcinoma.
