summary

Severe uncontrolled perioperative bleedings very serious medical problem during surgical and intensive treatment. NovoSeven (recombinant activated factor VII - rFVIIa, Novo Nordisk, Denmark) is a new generation drug, received mean of genetic of DNA. Autors Present own experiences in use of NovoSeven in 33-year old man in whom, standard anlihaemor-rhagic treatment not effective. The patient received one dose of NovoSeven. Short time after administration of the drug: reduction in bleeding, normalization of hemostasis parameters and hemodinamics stabilization of the patient were reported. This case confirmes good effect of NovoSeven in rapid treatment the perioperative severe bleedings. The use of NovoSeven may reduce blood transfusion, immunnologic and infectious posttranfusion complications.
