summary

Tuberous sclerosis complex is an inherited disorder characterized by hamartomas in internal organs. One of the most frequent locations of hamartomas are kidneys. Renal lesions include angiomyolipomas, multiple cysts and - very seldom - clear cell carcinoma. In our paper we present a case of a young woman with tuberous sclerosis complex with multiple renal tumors. These tumors were observed for many years as angiomyolipomas, but finally they were diagnosed as clear cell carcinoma.
