Multiple foreign bodies of the urinary bladder and urethra in 19 years old man – a rare case

summary

We describe the rare case of 3 foreign bodies inserted into the urethra and bladder in 19 years old men during masturbation. He developed the urinary fistula in the perineal region after six months. He reported to the urological ward after two years. The diagnostics, treatment and the outcome was discussed, and compared to the published data.
