Complete duplication of the bladder and urethra is an unusual congenital

anomaly. The authors report on an 19-year-old woman with double bladder.

There was complete duplication of the bladder, urethra, uterus, associated with

anterior ectopic anus and hypoplasia of bony pelvis.
