The case of massive retroperitoneal haemorrhage have benn presented.
First symptoms and diagnosis was ruptured aortal aneurysma. The second dia-
gnosis was necrotised renal tumor and the final diagnosis before surgery was ruptu-
red renal cyst. Histopathological evaluation was renal cancer in cyst wall.
Conclusion: The one of the most serious complication of the renal cyst is a cancer
transformation.
