summary

The case of the tumour of left spermatic cord in 21-years old man has been presented.
Radical orchidectomy with high ligation of the spermatic cord was done. On histopatho-
logical examination embryonal rhabdo-myosarcoma was found. The surgical treatment
was followed by systemic chemotherapy.
