summary

A retrospective analysis of 20 years experriences with operative treatment of sta-
ghorn calculi in 60 children is presented. We have evaluated freguent occurrence on
the coexistance of staghorn calculi with a congenital abnormalities of urinary tract.
The obserations of children who underwent several operations because of recurrent
nephrolithiasis was analised.
