CLOSED INJURY OF ABDOMINAL CAV1TY WITH THE RUPTURE OF THE BLADDERAND SIGMOID

A patient aged 21 was presented with the multiorgans trauma with closed injury of abdominal

cavity and septic shock.

The sick man was operated 5 days after accident. The rupture of sigmoid and intraperitoneal

rupture of the bladder were found.

The abscess was formed and through which the intestinal content was emptying by way of the

bladder.

The exteriorization of sigmoid was performed, the bladder was sutured with drainage. The pa-

tient was discharged with sigmoid fistula closed.
