In the years 1975?1984 a group of 107 patients with testicular seminoma in stage I and II were treated with Co-60 radiotherapy or photons X 9 Mev. The 5-year survival rate of patients in stage II was significantly lower than in pa­tients with earlier stage. The results were similar to those reported by other authors {4, 5, 13, 14, 18, 20). Gastrointestinal disturbances and leucopenia developed after radiotherapy in some cases requiring prolongation of treatment, which was without effect on late results of treatment.
